DNA started as an internal operating system for Walkie Walkie ↗, one of our own ecommerce businesses.
We needed a way to stop losing hours to the same checks and follow-up without handing the business to an agency or adding disconnected tools. The systems were tested there first. Clients are not the experiment.

I have spent five years working in AI engineering and data science, separating signal from noise and being honest about what the numbers can and cannot say.
That work kept me close to founders who were losing their best hours to repetitive operations. So I built the system I would trust: one that understands the work, carries the repeatable parts and leaves judgment with the person responsible.
I sit on both sides of the problem. I understand the technology well enough to build it properly, and I run businesses that expose whether the system is actually useful.
