What you need
- Claude Code installed.
- A store you run day to day.
Setup
- Unzip into your project root.
- Copy CLAUDE.md into your project and fill in the bracketed sections with your own store.
- Copy the skills/ folder into .claude/skills/.
- Open Claude Code and say "run hermes" on your next real task.
